Ordering

There is NO MINIMUM to place an order! With our shopping cart just click as you go selecting beads.

Shipping Information

We ship via USPS mail. Customer is responsible for all actual freight charges incurred. Our Policy is to ship your items as reliably, inexpensively and quick as possible. We charge just enough to cover the cost of shipping supplies and postage. Also we allow our customers to decide whether or not to insure their shipments (please see the note below about insurance), since we realize that it isn't necessarily cost effective to insure small orders.

• A note about insurance: While we take great care in properly packaging items and had only a couple reports of packages lost or items damaged over the course of thousands of uninsured shipments, please understand that we cannot replace or be responsible for reimbursement of unisured items. We do not require you to insure your package, but do encourage it if your order total is over $50.00

Customer Service

Our Customer Service department will be glad to assist you if you have any concerns about your order.

We will gladly accept any returns for a store credit of the full purchase price (this is the amount paid less shipping/insurance cost) within 30 days of invoice. Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization. Returns must be in original package, must include a copy of the invoice, and be in new condition as determined by Pinta Beads. All returns are subject to a restocking fee after 30 days. Returns within 30-60 days of invoice are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 60 days. Pricing

All prices are subject to change (up and down) without notice. While every effort is made to make our prices as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to correct any error in description or price.

Backorders

We may from time to time have backorders. Everything on our site is in stock at the time unless stated "out of stock". Backorders may take upto 8 weeks to be filled.

****Please keep in mind that our beads come from all around the world and shipping from them to us can take up to 6 weeks.
